Terms of Service & Partner Agreement
Welcome to Scanimart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Snappikart Techlabs Private Limited ("Scanimart", "Company", "We", or "Us") and retail store owners, superstores, and merchants ("Partner Store", "Retailer", or "You") accessing or using the Scanimart Partner Portal, In-Store Self-Checkout Engine, and Scanimart GO Local Delivery Platform.
1. Platform Overview & Eligibility
Scanimart provides digital retail infrastructure enabling physical retail superstores and supermarkets to offer smartphone-based self-checkout to walk-in shoppers and fulfill local e-commerce delivery orders via Scanimart GO.
To register as a Partner Store, you represent and warrant that you operate a valid retail business in India, possess a valid GSTIN (auto-verified via official GST Portal), and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Partner Store Obligations
- Compulsory In-Store Setup: In-Store Self-Checkout technology setup is compulsory for all partner superstores prior to activating Scanimart GO local delivery.
- POS & Inventory Accuracy: You agree to maintain accurate barcode pricing and inventory availability synced with your POS system or manual catalog.
- Order Fulfillment SLAs: For Scanimart GO orders, partner stores agree to pack and hand over orders to assigned delivery partners within agreed timeframes.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Partner stores are solely responsible for calculating and remitting applicable GST on products sold.
3. Payments, Settlements & Payouts
All digital transactions processed via Scanimart In-Store self-checkout or Scanimart GO delivery are collected into dedicated escrow accounts and settled into your verified bank account (verified via bank name, account number, and IFSC code) per the agreed settlement schedule (weekly or daily payouts, net of applicable platform fees).
4. Intellectual Property & Security
All proprietary software, logos, trademarks, algorithms, and QR gate-pass security verification systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Snappikart Techlabs Private Limited. Partner stores receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Scanimart Partner Portal during their active subscription.
5. Termination & Governing Law
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. In cases of fraud, tax non-compliance, or breach of security, Scanimart reserves the right to suspend platform access immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
